YOUWASNTDER: COLLECTING 6 STARS WHILE THEY SLEEP.

NO SOLDIERS LEFT BEHIND (NSLB).

“They say community is dead, they say brotherhood is dead” - fem (co-founder). We are witnessing the rebirth of community, the rebirth of brotherhood. Youwasntder or NSLB flying out to Japan for Tokyo Marathon, moving like a deployment on Rebirth Island to execute their Call of Duty. A transformative sportswear brand out of West London, fitting no narrative and changing the agenda. We haven’t had a West London cry of “streets won’t forget” since Adel Taarabt upheld what it meant to step foot in Loftus Road, but NSLB are taking those streets international, the globe won’t forget when a group from West dominate the most prestigious marathons in the world. Road to Six Stars - the last time 6 chips re-established the community narrative and motivated the masses, Michael Jordan was on a trophy tour through the Chicago streets. There’s a reason they cry NSLB, they’re taking you with them, there are No Soldiers Left Behind when it’s the community’s turn to rep NSLB through hard work, not giving up, and showing up for one another!

THE STORY OF COMMUNITY

Muhammad Ali said “Champions aren’t made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision.” You might see the team in the gym or on the track but you can’t train a vision rooted so deep in one’s mind. Putting West London on the map, giving their community a voice is a desire so deep no gym in the world could replicate. Let’s quote the guys for a sec,

“you never see this spoken about, they don’t televise this, they don’t put this on the blogs, this don’t make the end of year awards, because it don’t fit the agenda, because we’re not a bunch of black yutes killing eachother - we’re changing narratives” - fem

Here we are, putting it on the blogs, now deep it. What is the purpose of the clothes? As much as they’re a fashion piece, they’re a mode of expression, they represent the community, the USP is so much deeper than GSM, this is YWD and it’s time to jump on the journey.

the mission statement

It’s so much more than looking fly; pushing that burning desire to improve is so powerful for the wearer. You look good, you feel good, but if you look NSLB, you feel the deepest motive to improve and better oneself. It’s loud, it’s militant, it’s chaos personified and it’s what the streets want. Moving like hypervenoms when Neymar was the phantom going against the agenda bringing carni to La Masia. Taking over Nike Town “controlling the ground floor” (FK (cofounder)), NYC cali operations, the mission isn’t coming quietly and it’s bringing more hype than your favourite playlist. The garms represent this: bold graphics, gritty slogans, militant colour combinations - it’s a method of empowering a soldier that’s part of the journey. No flashy Hollywood heelturns but the repping the Hulk Hogan tee doing muscle ups in the depths of Madison Square Garden shows how far a community from West London can go.

What’s next NSLB, the floor is yours? The Road to Six Stars and we’re going to be there with the community collecting that medallion. They have a powerful voice, a powerful meaning and a powerful vision, you’re gonna want to say that you was der when YOUWASNTDER take over.

NOTHING LEFT UNCLAIMED.
